General Delivery Information

We despatch all orders from our AU warehouse. Standard delivery time varies according to your location: 2-4 days (New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland), 4 days (Southern Australia and Tasmania), 7-14 days (Western Australia and Northern Territory States). You will receive tracking information to your email and mobile number used at checkout (if you leave a mobile number), sent from the courier. If you haven’t received this don’t forget to check your junk folder.

    Returns Policy

    We don’t knowingly have an unhappy customer anywhere in the world and we want to keep it that way! If you’re not happy with your purchased Hornit product for any reason, just Contact Us, tell us why and we’ll gladly replace the product or give you a full refund within 60 days of purchase. (Subject to the products being returned in resellable condition).

    Please note that the customer is responsible for paying to return an item. Most of our products can be returned via Australia Post. However for larger items, such as the AIRO balance bike, we can arrange collection and deduct the cost from the total amount refunded.
